What to Bring for Your Getaway

Everything you need for a stress-free beach stay.

What's Already Waiting for You

Every Celebrity Vacation Rentals home comes stocked with a starter kit so you can settle in right away. You'll find a roll of paper towels, one trash bag liner per can, a dishwasher tablet, a small bottle of dish detergent, a kitchen sponge, laundry detergent for about two loads, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, a bar of soap per vanity, and a bar of soap per shower or tub. We also provide one set of linens per bed, one bath towel and washcloth per guest the home sleeps, two hand towels per bathroom, fully equipped kitchens with a regular coffee pot and Keurig, small appliances like a toaster, can opener, and blender, plus an iron and ironing board.

What We Suggest You Bring or Buy on Arrival

Our starter kits cover the basics, but here's what will make your stay even more comfortable.
What We Suggest You Bring or Buy on Arrival

Household Supplies

Extra paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and basic cleaning items like disinfectant wipes or all-purpose spray. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and Ziploc bags come in handy too.

Food, Drinks & Personal Items

Bring your own condiments, spices, and groceries. FDA & CDC rules prevent us from supplying these. Don't forget coffee, filters or K-Cups, and personal hygiene products. Some homes have hair dryers, but check your listing.

Beach & Comfort Gear

Pack beach towels (bath towels must stay in the home), sunscreen, aloe vera (don't skip), a camera, Tylenol or Advil, and an extra blanket if you tend to get chilly at night.

Shop Local on Your Way Down

Supplies can run low at the big chain stores near the coast, so we recommend picking up essentials from your hometown before you head south. Once you're in the area, check out our wonderful farmers markets for fresh produce, smaller grocery stores with real butcher counters, and local beach shops and dollar stores for sand toys and sunscreen. Shopping small helps keep our coastal community thriving and you'll often find better deals and friendlier faces.
